RECIPE: Sweet mango, honey, pollen and yogurt

HONEY & CO. BREAKFAST - The sweet and healthy start to the day!

A healthy and refreshing meal helps start the day well. On top of that it also has a positive effect on the general well-being and tastes delicious :)


BREAKFAST: Part 4 of our recipe series


With honey & Co. you not only sweeten your food and the start of the day, but your whole attitude towards life. It's that simple!


What you need:


  • 50 g oatmeal

  • 100 ml coconut milk

  • 75 ml almond milk

  • 1/2 mango

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of pollen

  • 2 tbsp honey (liquid)


Preparation:


  1. Bring the oatmeal, together with the coconut milk, almond milk and cinnamon, to the boil in a saucepan over medium to high heat and then simmer on a low heat with the lid on for 10 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, the mango can already be peeled and cut into slices.

  3. As soon as the coconut and almond milk is completely absorbed, the finished porridge can be placed in a bowl.

  4. The cut mango and the pollen are placed on the top layer.

  5. Optional: Of course, chia seeds, coconut flakes or fruit of your choice can also be eaten.

  6. Finally, the whole thing is drizzled with liquid honey and it's ready to enjoy.
