HONEY & CO. DESSERT - The sweet end to the day!
Every knows the feeling: lunch or dinner was super filling, but you still want more. Or the typical ‚midnight cravings‘ you cannot fall asleep without anyway. Everyone always says you should listen to your body, so why not?
DESSERT: Part 4 of our recipe series
With honey, all the stress and worries before falling asleep can be removed and it gives strength and motivation for the next day. It’s that simple!
What you need:
250g crème fraîche
3 tbsp dill
2 1/2 tbsp wildflower honey
3 tsp mustard
3 tsp horseradish
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. If you want, you can decorate it with dill on top.
Serve and enjoy the whole thing together with a raw food plate. (Of course, this dip can also be used as a side dish with nachos, chicken nuggets or other dishes)
