RECIPE: Honey bread

HONEY & CO. DESSERT - The sweet end to the day!
Every knows the feeling: lunch or dinner was super filling, but you still want more. Or the typical ‚midnight cravings‘ you cannot fall asleep without anyway. Everyone always says you should listen to your body, so why not?
DESSERT: Part 3 of our recipe series
With honey, all the stress and worries before falling asleep can be removed and it gives strength and motivation for the next day. It’s that simple!
What you need:
250 g flour
100ml oat milk / almond milk
1 packet of baking soda
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp green anise
1 tsp ginger
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
Then add a teaspoon of the 4 spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, green anise & ginger) and a little pepper.
Next, take a saucepan and heat the honey in it. Of course, this can also be done in a bowl in the microwave.
Put the liquid and hot blossom honey in the large bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Gradually the eggs and the almond milk / oat milk can now be added while everything is being stirred further.
A box-shaped baking pan is greased with the butter and lightly sprinkled with flour before the finished dough is added.
The whole is then baked in the oven at 160 ° C for 60-75 minutes without preheating.
Finally, the honey bread should be cooled for 24 hours before it can be enjoyed.
