HONEY & CO. BREAKFAST - The sweet and healthy start to the day!
A healthy and refreshing meal helps start the day well. On top of that it also has a positive effect on the general well-being and tastes delicious :)
BREAKFAST: Part 1 of our recipe series
With honey & Co. you not only sweeten your food and the start of the day, but your whole attitude towards life. It's that simple!
What you need:
2 slices of whole grain toast
2 tbsp coconut yogurt / soy yogurt
1 banana
1 tsp of pollen
1 tbsp hazelnuts or walnuts
Preparation:
Toast the 2 wholemeal toast slices.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the banana.
Roughly chop the hazelnuts / walnuts into small pieces.
Spread the two wholemeal toast slices with 1 tablespoon of yoghurt of your choice (coconut yogurt/ soy yogurt)
Ten top both slices of bread with the previously cut banana slices and chopped nuts.
Finally sprinkle the toasted toast with pollen and drizzle liquid honey to add a sweet taste to the whole.
