RECIPE: Banana honey toast with pollen and walnuts

HONEY & CO. BREAKFAST - The sweet and healthy start to the day!

A healthy and refreshing meal helps start the day well. On top of that it also has a positive effect on the general well-being and tastes delicious :)


BREAKFAST: Part 1 of our recipe series


With honey & Co. you not only sweeten your food and the start of the day, but your whole attitude towards life. It's that simple!


What you need:


  • 2 slices of whole grain toast

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt / soy yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of pollen

  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts or walnuts


Preparation:


  1. Toast the 2 wholemeal toast slices.

  2. Meanwhile, peel and slice the banana.

  3. Roughly chop the hazelnuts / walnuts into small pieces.

  4. Spread the two wholemeal toast slices with 1 tablespoon of yoghurt of your choice (coconut yogurt/ soy yogurt)

  5. Ten top both slices of bread with the previously cut banana slices and chopped nuts.

  6. Finally sprinkle the toasted toast with pollen and drizzle liquid honey to add a sweet taste to the whole.
