RECIPE: Avocado-chocolate smoothie with honey

HONEY & CO. AS A DRINK - The sweet snack for in between!

Every knows the feeling: it’s too late for lunch but somehow too early to have dinner. Still, your cravings needs to be satisfied somehow. If you do not want to have a huge meal, it would be best to fulfil them with a drink, right? If that is also tasty and even healthy, the you can no longer feel guilty about snacking.


DRINK: Part 3 of our recipe series

A little honey also give the whole thing a sweet taste and a feeling of well-being. It’s that simple!


What you need:


  • 50ml almond milk

  • 1/2 tbsp of baked cocoa

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 banana



Preparation:


  1. Peel the avocado and banana and cut into small cubes or thin slices.

  2. Put both with the almond milk, the baked cocoa and the honey in a blender and mix thoroughly.

  3. The finished result can then be poured into a glass and enjoyed.
