RECIPE: Raspberry-coconut smoothies bowl with honey

HONEY & CO. BREAKFAST - The sweet and healthy start to the day!

A healthy and refreshing meal helps start the day well. On top of that it also has a positive effect on the general well-being and tastes delicious :)


BREAKFAST: Part 2 of our recipe series


With honey & Co. you not only sweeten your food and the start of the day, but your whole attitude towards life. It's that simple!


What you need:


  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of pollen

  • 2 tbsp honey (liquid)

  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 handful of strawberries

  • 1 handful of blueberries

  • 1 handful of raisins


Preparation:


  1. Mix the frozen raspberries together with the coconut milk in a blender to form a viscous mass.

  2. This is then placed in a bowl and can be decorated with toppings of your choice. Our favourite mix is as follows:

  3. Peel the banana, slice it and place it on the edge of the smoothie bowl.

  4. Wash and halve the strawberries and place them on the other edge.

  5. The same is done with the blueberries and raisins.

  6. Then a tablespoon of coconut flakes and chia seeds are sprinkled on the smoothie bowl.

  7. Finally, a few pollen are sprinkled over it before it is drizzled with liquid honey.
